ABSTRACT

The health emergency originated by Covid-19 led humanity to a virtual coexistence, where the use of information and communication technologies took a fundamental role, in terms of education, teaching continued in remote mode and for this purpose different means, techniques and characteristics were used. The present study is a review of the scientific literature, which analyzes the best techniques and strategies used in remote times, Prisma methodology was used and 127 articles were collected from databases such as IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, Scielo, and Scopus, which according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria allowed to identify technologies that improve academic performance in these times, such as the development of mobile applications with artificial intelligence, augmented reality, gamification among others. It is concluded that these technologies are capable of improving academic performance and those that achieve a greater incursion are those that combine two or more technologies © 2023, International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Learning. All Rights Reserved.

ABSTRACT

The post-pandemic period brought new challenges for businesses and private health centers, many of which were affected by the loss of customers. In the case of dental centers, many were affected by the distrust of customers, since activities performed in the oral cavity exposed them to the contagion of Covid-19. This research work proposes the implementation of a mobile application with Augmented Reality (AR) as a strategy for digital marketing immersion, to achieve a dynamic approach to the services provided in the dental center to customers, this is through the use of this technology in conjunction with social networks, contributing to the improvement of the business and building trust with customers. The application was developed under the Mobile-D methodology with a layered system development architecture, having as indicators the time of elaboration of the advertisement, the cost of information material, the time to inform the services, and the level of customer satisfaction. Finally, the results revealed that the time of elaboration of the advertisement decreased from 25 hours to 14 hours, the cost of informative material was considered "low" since the implementation of the application turns out to be economic, and the time to inform the services in its marketing process went from 30 min to 19 min with the use of the application, finally, the customer satisfaction increased being considered in 87% between "Good" and "Excellent". © 2023, International Journal of Interactive Mobile Technologies. ABSTRACT

A health crisis caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus is still ongoing. That is why an important factor for the resumption of on-site classes is the creation of sanitary measures to help control Covid-19. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the most relevant articles aligned to the topic were identified, systematizing 119 articles. Showcasing digital technologies used in mobile applications that allow better control, tracking, and monitoring of the health status of students, teachers, and staff of educational centers, in addition to the parameters and quality attributes that must be taken into account for the effective sanitary control of the disease, finally, a development model is proposed. © 2022, International Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Applications. ABSTRACT

Given the impact of COVID-19, teleworking has become an alternative work modality, so it is important to evaluate the scientific activity on the subject. Thus, the objective was to analyze the global scientific production on teleworking in times of COVID-19. Retrospective and descriptive study, whose unit of analysis was the publications on teleworking in journals indexed in the Scopus database between January 2020 and December 2021. The search was performed using the fields Article Title, s, Keywords, where 24 search terms were applied: teleworking, telecommuting, work from home, teleworking, telecommuting, work from home, online work, e-work, telecommuting, teletrabajo, trabado desde casa, trabajo online, e-trabajo, trabajo a distancia, teletrabalho, trabalho a partir de casa, trabalho em linha, trabalho electrónico, trabalho à distancia, and their relation with the term Covid-19. Likewise, 995 articles were found and 75.38% of them were original manuscripts. United States is the country with the largest scientific production with 21.21%. The Università degli Studi di Torino of Italy has published 10 papers and 80% of the articles on teleworking in times of COVID-19 have been published in quartile 1 and 2 journals. Teleworking in times of COVID-19 has been studied in several countries around the world as well as in different academic disciplines, which allows us to know progress on the subject, thereby generating policies and lines of research for the prevention of occupational hazards. © 2022 Mamani-Benito et al.
